    Hi, I am in Vulcan Alberta, I LOVE to run and the Shred video by Jillian is amazing, only 20 mins/day but it kicks your butt! I also have 2 dvds from Biggest Loser, which I will use this winter, good luck!

    I can't remember if I posted here when I joined or not? I am from Markerville, AB (25 minutes south and west of Red Deer) Never heard of it.....not surprised. A village with about 12 houses and no services, but wonderful people and historic landmarks! :laugh:
