Obviously the advice is all going to be "get a new gym", but you've stated you're in a contract so that's a no go for some months. With regards to the annoying guy: it's any time fitness so I'm assuming it's open 24/7? Why not try going unusual hours when he's not there? That's what I do with my 24 hr gym.

Yes you're probably eating at maintenance-- estimated burns are extremely inaccurate. My suggestion is to cut your calories down to 1500-1600 intake (not net) and be strict with it.

Weight does not immediately zap onto your body after you eat over your allotted calories. I go to a gym that doesn't have free weights (I know!) so I've been using the circuit. It works for me for now. Free weights definitely let you have more control over your routine and such.
