i am gaining weight :( heelp please

Hi , I am Jessica
i weight 138 lbs after working out for couple of days i gain weight !
now i weight 167 lbs
i do not know whhhy !!! , i do not eat that much fat ! i just eat i fast food meal per week !
please help me
this is what i did to work out
*50 alternating lunges
*50 plie squats
*50 side lunges
*50 lateral leg lifts
*50 squats
*50 one legged calf raise
*50 fire hydrant
*50 kneeling leg lift
*50 kneeling heel press
+
i will run on my tradmile for 30 min
so please tell me what the hell is going on

It's not about the fat, it's about your calorie intake. You may think that you can eat whatever you want as long as it's low fat because you're working out but that's not the case, everything you put in your body counts. Aren't you logging in your MFP diary?0

That means you're doing it right. When you exercise your body will push fluids into those muscles for repair, etc. After a while it normalizes out. Perfectly normal, perfectly fine.

Don't you think it's a little too kuch for fluids though? There is almost 30lbs difference, water retention only weighs as much as 3lbs. :sad:0 -
Pretty sure it's impossible to gain 30 pounds in a few days.0

Weigh yourself at the same time in the morning, after you go to the bathroom and naked it's the only way to get an accurate number. ;-)0
