I am pretty sure if you google any kind of food/protein bar/drink you will find a negative and a positive article about it. Just go with what works for you. I personally don't like the taste of the quest bars, but I won't bash them for what they are. They work for some ppl and for others they don't plain and simple!

I think that would be hard to determine since everyone loses weight differently. I have also just started to cut out soda completely, but I gradually reduced my intake and am now at that point that I (think) I can go without. Until now (day 6) I have been doing ok.

I started about the same thing, but started yesterday, going 21 days without soda! We got this!

I actually like those as well. I have a bottle in the fridge too. I guess when a craving kicks in I could drink that.

WOW way to go, I am thinking of going 21-days without soda and see how it goes. I know it will be a challenge but I am up for it.

Nope no diet soda for me, don't like the taste and there are too many contradicting things about diet sodas

Yeah I have been tracking my calories now for about 20 days and on my "cheat days" (every friday and sometimes through the weekend) I feel like soda just messes everything up. I have even tried to drink half the bottle but it still has way too much sugar.
