ye im gonna keep logging and weighing in like i do now..gonna carry on doing everything the same as i have been but ive just upped my cals to 1400. still gonna do my workouts aswel but it just gives me a bit more freedom by addin that extra 200cals :) x

it says 1.3lbs a week should be my average loss so its has dropped from what it used to be..i used 2 aim for 2lbs a week! il carry on as normal this week and if things havent changed by wiegh in on friday il change my goals :) x
