Quorn Fajitas..how many cals?

heyy just wondering if any1 knows how many cals are in old el paso fajitas but with quorn instead of actual chicken?? my mum a veggie and im makin them 2nite for her but dont have a clue about cals. xx

    Quorn - Chicken Style Pieces (Frozen)
    Is listed in the food database. If that's not exactly it, i'm sure something close is there.

    Yeah, just tot up the calories in the food database. Use the 'recipe' option and you'll only have to do it once, and can then add it every time you make it for her.

    A hint, I like the quorn steak strips better than chicken in my fajitas. Might be nice as a variation if you're doing them for her again.

    Quorn fajitas - my favourite!!! Yep, the strips are much easier to work with in fajitas and very tasty indeed - yum!!
