Thanks everyone so keep upping calories bit by bit i worrie extra will store as fat an just get fat! I hav sofar over 4 months managed to add bout 400 cal extra

Im same worrie ill go from anorexia to binge! Its a normal worrie id luv to here from someone who is recovered an their recovery if the experienced this? Best talk to clinic dont hide your thought an feelings i made that mistake but now i share everything so can get the right help xx

I like adding almond or peanut butter to slices of apple as a snack or on a banana

Just because you almost weight restored dont mean you still have anorexic thoughts an find things difficult at times everyone is diffrent i find xmas hard so extra help always a plus do what you think is right an take advice ☺

Your doing a great job im same as you also tryig to gain slowly getting there this may sound yuck but its really nice bake a sweet potato and mash in almond butter really nice also adds cals in x

Soumds strange but sometimes when you are gaining weight you do loose also body telling you that you need more but 5 days isnt really long enough to judge
