Hiya im trying to gain weight ive set it to gain 1lb week but unsure what to set activity at. Ive started gym do bout 3/4 days light weights then mostly at home doing day to day things. Ive put light activity do you think thats right

Do you need more carbs when trying to gain weigh? I hear alot that if dont use the carbs they store as fat? Confussed

So im slowly upping my amounts to help me gain weight sofar so good but i still worrie that ill get fat if i hav to many carbs as read if dont use they store as fat! At moment im eating 1400 cal 200g carbs 45g fat 60-70g pro i know will need to add more in future (this already hard) but whats your view?

Been trying to gain weight and recover from anorexia i have been doing ok trying to eat more (weekends not goid though) i did gain some weight but then my digestive disorder kucked in ladt week now lost the gained wright! Typical any advice to start to try gain again but light foids on digestion till its bit better?

hiya is whey protein healthy and good for you? im trying to recover from anorexia and thought if added to a smoothie would help me gain HEALTHY weight not FAT! i do suffer a digestive disorder also foods i cant eat one of them is dairy but im ok with small amounts someone said whey is easier on the digestion??

Hiya some of u know im recovering from anorexia and I heard today the carb should be 50% protein 30% and fat 20% is this correct? I didnt hav a clue about this so just looked at mine and fitness pal has done it 50%carb 20% protein and 30% fat is this right for me as im trying to recover and gain?
