Hiya im trying to gain weight ive set it to gain 1lb week but unsure what to set activity at. Ive started gym do bout 3/4 days light weights then mostly at home doing day to day things. Ive put light activity do you think thats right

It should be close, but keep in mind, it's still only a rough estimate, and you'll have to learn to play with your own calories over time.0
