Is it right on days you dont do much try hav less carbs an days u do more more carbs? Also after exersice make sure next meal has protein and carbs in?

Carbs aren't the devil. Carbs are good (unless you have refractory epilepsy or some other medical condition which requires to you decrease intake).
Just eat your carbs.
