I hav big worriesbout gaining weight
1 ill just end up fat!
2 get a big belly
3 carbs be stored as fat
I want to do this healthy an be fit and toned just worried

Express these concerns to your treatment team. It is obvious that you still have ground to cover on your way to recovery.0

thanks i have they just say dont worrie and eat things like pizza chips chocolate ect which i dont wanna do
1 makes me feel crap

But the fact is, you need to be getting a certain number of calories to gain weight - this is easier with calorie dense foods such as pizza and chocolate. That's why your recovery team are telling you that. Plus, a normal, healthy diet generally will include pizza, chips and chocolate... All in moderation.
You need to tell them that this bothers you.0 -
I know it sounds boring. But eat balanced food (Protein/carbs/fats) above your calorie TDEE (surplus). Eating 500 calories a day above your TDEE will gain 1lb a week. This is a healthy way to gain weight. But, as everyone said it's best to speak to a professional.0
