Hiya im trying togain weight but healthy not just fat! Everyone says eat lots of carbs but i read too many carbs get stored as fat???

    I'd recommend high protein over high carbs. If you do a lot of cardio, then maybe high carb would work well.

    All calories eaten in excess; regardless of protein, fat, or carbs, will get stored as fat and build muscle (assuming you are eating enough protein and providing enough stimulus to build muscle). Read the announcements in the group linked for specifics.

    You are recovering from an eating disorder, so you need to gain some fat

    To gain weight high protein isn't what is going to make it happen. It comes down to caloric surplus at a reasonable range and proper training. Protein takes a back seat to carbs in level of importance when bulking.

    Sorry, thought a caloric surplus was assumed. Even when bulking I try to keep my protein high, but that's just me.
