Hiya im trying to gain healthy weight and recover from anorexia what shall i set all my macros to or shall i go on what MFP does (i set gain 0.5 a week)

    Don't worry! You're not alone, I myself am actually in the same situation. I was eating about 1600 kcal (20 year old 6 foot guy) with about 20-30 grams of it coming from fat per day at school.... Came back home to my family and friends telling me I looked malnourished and sickly. Im down to 160 and trying to recover, but fats and carbs... Even calories in general still scare me. I can't eat more than a spoonful of peanut butter without looking at my waistline in the mirror. I'm up to 2500 kcal, with about 70 grams of fat, 220 grams of protein and 250 for carbs. I run a ratio of about 35%protein 25%fat and 40%carbs equalling 2500 calories. I no longer wake up lighter each day, and honestly I feel much better

    Thanku so much for that would be so nice to wake up feeling better and not a fear of getting FAT and checking my stomach area if i hav a bit extra almond butter! Looks like i have to slowly increase my amou ts and not fear it
