normal weight after ed
i suffer with anorexia and am really trying to recover (not easy) but i worrie if i up my intake of food to gain weight once i reach a healthy weight i wont be able to stop gaining or reduce my intake to maintain. also worried all the weight will go to my stomach area i still want to be healthy and toned confussed :sad:

i cant seem to reach my target :cry: i really want to try to gain weight and recover from anorexia after 17 yrs of suffering but find it SSSSSSSSSOOOOOOOOOOOO hard to eat more. can anyone give me any advice/help?
