1 no
2 no - you only get fat if you eat more calories than you need, doesnt matter if they are calories from fat, protein or carbs,

MORNIGN!!
Well, the first thing you need to do is know how your body reacts to each of these things. For example, my body can not process sugars well so, if I take in too much sugar & carbs, I cant lose weight. Other people cant process gluten...and so on.
You do need some fat in your diet to help with how your body naturally reacts to things and processes other stuff, hence the reason for that little block on the food pyramid.
Also, some people can eat 3 square meals a day and be fine. Other people, like myself, need to eat 4-5 small meals a day because I am hypoglycemic.
As for where your body gets energy from, it will get energy from where it needs to. If you don't eat enough, it will hold onto what you do eat and not let you lose it. If you don't take in enough protein, your body could burn muscle along with fat because frankly, it does not distinguish between the 2. Protein is necessary for muscle rebuilding & repair from working out.
I know I didn't answer all your questions but, I hope I helped. First and foremost, you'll have to figure out your body and how you process different foods.0 -
