My view is that you should have a dietician and nutritionist help set up your macros and explain why carbs do not cause people to gain fat. You should be seeking advice from professionals about your eating disorder and not looking for internet strangers for help.

What part of your body composition are you trying to increase? Do you intend to increase muscle? Bone density? Fatty tissue?

If you eat over what your body uses, you will gain fat, it doesn't matter if it's carbs, protein or fat. Let's say you had a big meal of just protein. Your body digests it and converts it to glycogen so you can use it as fuel. If it was a giant steak, and you're just a tiny person that doesn't move around much, whatever you don't burn will get stored as fat.

If you want to increase muscles, do some weight training. If you want to increase bone density, do heavy weight training and some bouncy things. Like a trampoline workout, or jumping jacks. If you want to gain fat, don't exercise and do overeat.

Are you trying to gain weight?

And carbs don't make you fat. In fact, overfeeding studies would suggest carbs are not as effective as dietary fat is... but carbs just set up the environment.

But if you are trying to gain weight, especially muscle, you want carbs to help stimulate insulin to enable protein synthesis.

you should really be asking your treatment team about this ..

but generally they should be .6 to 85 grams of protein per pound of body weight; .45 grams of fat, and fill in rest with carbs…

Carbs aren't making you fat, excess calories - yes. Carbs just could hold some water, that's it. Increase calorie, if you're afraid of sth, talk to treatment team.
