Hiya im trying to gain weight but healthy and not just fat! But i want to have a flat toned stomach how can i achieve this?

    You lift heavy weights while eating in a slight surplus. You will gain some fat this way but you can burn it off once you get the muscle you like.

    Option 2: lift heavy weights and eat at maintenance, you will stay the same weight but lose some fat and gain some muscle of the course of several months (this will take a long time and can be frustrating) .
