gaing weight but have a toned stomach

im recovering from anorexia need to gain weight but REALLY dont want a belly! i want to have a flat toned stomach is this possible? people say all weight goes to your belly i wanna be healthy fit and toned not eat crap an get fat!

    slow and steady wins the race. slowly increase your food intake each week and workout, dont worry about weight gain, it's going to be good for you, just dont gain weight too fast (I'd aim for .5 - 1 lbs per week). improving your relationship with food, being healthy and living a healthy lifestyle is what's most important.

    Definitely don't focus on what your belly looks like. At this point, all you should focus on is gaining weight at a moderate pace (as mentioned above). Believe me, this will help you in so many ways - even mentally. Once you realize that having a flat belly isn't all that matters, you'll be much better prepared to actually get in shape.

    It takes a little while to get the curves in the right places, but it does even out!
