I think weight lifting is even more important than cardio when you eat at a deficit. Keep up bone and muscle mass.

No, I compare weed to alcohol (or not even as bad as alcohol) and everyone I know, drinks alcohol sometimes. I wouldn't have friends anymore.

I am 47 and run in a sports bra outside. Surely don't care about men running without shirts on. But I heard that some freaks get upset about it. No other problems?

I did 1300 cal (under BMR) for about 3 month too Lost 20 lbs and feel great. Maintaining at 2000 cal right now. No problems!

5'4" , slightly active and 1.750 cal, I ate around 1.300 cal for about 4 month, lost enough weight (17 lbs) and try to maintain now. Really not many calories per day to eat for the rest of my life.

Lilaclovebird, the links are great. Just checked out herroom, the online store. Huge selection. Went to Macy's and Victoria's Secret to measure and they both came up with 32 D. So now I can order. The bra's in the malls are really expensive. Thanks!

Thanks, I tried about 3 different sizes. I know Victoria's Secret sizes run a bit small, I'll check there for my old size. It was fun to try new clothes on after my weight loss. Went from size 10 - 12 to size 6 - 8 and these skinny jeans look phenomenal now. I have a ton of clothes that are way to big. Are you guys hanging…

To be honest, I want to look attractive even as I get older. No reason to blame age for getting fat. It's scary to see more and more overweight and obese people and to see it became the new "normal". I want to be the exception.

I am 5'4" and started my weight loss journey at 153 lbs and 33 % BF (via fitbit scale). Now I weigh 136 lbs. Looks like I have no visible fat anymore and my scale says 29.5 %. But Fat scales are supposedly not reliable, so it might not even be correct.

Some of the stuff like diet pills are better regulated. It took the FDA a while that for example Xenadrine caused serious health issues and even death. Than they took it off the market, Never been legal overseas. In other things the US is very strict. Tried to donate blood in the US but they told me since I lived in Europe…
