My new bra size sucks after weight loss
So I went from size 34 C (easy to shop for) to a size 32 D. Tried to buy new bra's today, no luck. This size doesn't seem to sell very well. Is this really such crazy size? Not one store carried it Oh well, probably have to order online.

Fitbit Question
Can this be correct? My fitbit gives me about 1.500 exercise calories on my work days. So at the end of the day I burned about 2.500 cal. I walk about 22.000 steps at my work and throughout the day I lift a lot and constantly move. Just wondering if the exercise calories are correct or if fitbit overestimates. Does anyone…

Core Power Chocolate 20 Protein Light
I just discovered this protein drink. It taste great compared to most protein drinks. The light version contains 150 cal. 13 g carb and 20 g protein. Great After Workout snack.

I looooove Grapefruit.
My new breakfast: 1 Grapefruit for breakfast, 80 cal and keeps me full all morning even better than eggs. Must be the ton of vitamin C. No idea but its awesome!

Cholesterol
i eat a lot of eggs and everytime I log it I get a warning message: your cholesterol is high like it is a bad thing. I don't get it. Ever since I eat a lot of eggs and cholesterol my numbers are better then ever. Must be a myth.

Pie full of Trans Fats.
I log my food now for several month on MFP. Never even once I saw a number showing up on the Trans Fat. To my surprise I saw the number 3 for the first time today. What did I eat?? Marie Callendars Apple Pie. 3 g Trans Fats. My fault for not reading the ingredient list.

Funny dessert
I just made myself a crazy dessert...... 40 g cooked oatmeal, topped with 3 tsp jelly and fat reduced whipped cream. I am sure, that this might not hit everyone's taste bud. I liked it :laugh: And it is filling.
