Created a 1000 cals deficit a day according to Fitbit. Burned about 2.400 cal and ate 1.400. Lost 3 to 4 lbs (Beginning) and 0.5 (End) a week, 20 lbs in 3 months. 25.000 steps a day plus weight lifting 3 times a week. Now maintaining. Good luck finding a way that works for you.

Against it. Only had a flu shot one time in my life and that's when I got the flu. Never get it again.
-
I weigh daily because I am obsessed with my weight that I try to maintain. If I see the weight go up I take extreme measurements the next day to get it right back down.
-
Why are you logging food? So you remember the next day to eat healthier?
-
1100 cals. Eating back about half of my exercise cals.
-
Yes, lost a lot of weight (fat) extremely fast, bad side effect!

Yeah, must be a teenager!

Stupid advice.

I love these tortillas too. Eat them with cream cheese and jelly.
-
Agreed!

Yes, and I love it, can't stand big breasts.

L Glutamine helped me a lot for my sugar cravings.

I love Vita Tops

Totally agreed

Less sodium should help.

I had the fitbit one and surge, switched to Garmin vivosmart HR, which I like a lot better. Fitbit bands break so easy and I had a few other problems with it.

Do you mean Alta? Aria is a scale.

Low carb is not a diet for me. I eat like this for the rest of my life. Protein keeps me way more satisfied than carbs. It's a lifestyle for me, nothing forced for a few weeks.

Lol

Bread with butter and jelly or cheese as topping. Typical european

That's why I am counting calories for the rest of my life. After weightloss you got to keep an eye on your maintenance calories. Always!

Fiber one bars rock, taste so much better than Quest bars. Coconut Almond is my favorite.

Lunch with about 600 cals is the biggest. Breakfast is 2nd with 300, Dinner the smallest with 200. i love to go to bed a little hungry.
-
Just keep sodium low for the next 2 days and you drop a few pounds.

Beeing 5'4" tall probably should stop setting a goal weight. When I was 175 lbs, goal weight was 155, when reached 155, goal weight was 145, when I reached 145, goal weight was 135, now I am 135 lbs and set a goal weight of 130 lbs. I know once I get there, I probably want to weigh 125. Never really happy with my current…

You are not eating 1200 to 1300 cals a day. Probably more. Be honest to yourself!
-
None of this. I am on my feet all day already working, walking the dog etc. A workout for me is when I burn about 300 cal in 30 min with either running or some extreme activity.
-
Good for you. I walk all day. My dog in the morning, all day at work, my dog in the evening. About 25.000 steps 5 days a week. Keep it up!
