5' 10" 149.5 this morning, LOL. My goal is 150 and but I want to get down to 145 to give myself a little buffer, so I never get above 150. I reached my goal a month ago. I had 3 eggs cooked in 1/4 Tbsp of butter, topped with 1/4 avocado and 4 pieces of Canadian bacon. I am at 99 pounds gone so far with 6 more pounds to go :smile:

I am 5' 10" and my goal is 150. After I reach that goal, I want to get into shape and still wear the same size or even smaller and see what I weigh then. I am almost at goal. I was 130 pounds before I had babies but that was a long time ago.

Every day for me. I have to know and it helps to keep me on track. But.... I realize our weight does fluctuate so I don't let it stress me if it goes for no reason. I know it's coming back down again and usually more comes with it. I don't let the scale indicate if it's a good day or bad.
