Well I'm 6'1", currently 195 and my goal weight is around 180. But I have a lot a muscle from doing sports and weight lifting. My mom is 5'10" and her ideal weight is around 165/170, I hope that helps you0

Okay, I'm shooting for 150 but I didn't know if that was too low. I told my coworker that I want to lose 50lbs and she told me I was crazy and would look funny 50lbs lighter... I thought I'd get some advice on here!0

I'm 5'10", my current goal is 160. I'll reasses from there to see if I want to lose more or maintain.0
-
I will be happy with 160.0

5'11. Currently 160. Looking to get to 155 and maintain. That's where I have the most energy and my clothes looks good. At 36 years old I've given up on the "being skinny" thing. I'm just looking to feel good.0

I am 5 9,,, i was always told 5 ft is 100 lbs,, every inch over is +5lbs at low end +7 at highend. That would make it 145 to 163 for me and 150 to 170 for you I try to keep between that,, but everyone has to keep in mind bone structure,, muscles mass etc.0

Awesome! So it sounds like my goal is right where it should be!0

5'10.5 and my goal is around 145. Currently 150 and it's a good place to be too. Size 4 pants.0

This might not be very helpful, but it's been a while since I've posted. I'm naturally very slender at 5'11, if I were to eat McDonalds 3 times a day (which I don't anymore) I would stay at 126lbs. Since I've been eating healthier I am around 118lbs-120lbs. I have about 1.8lbs to lose before I hit my goal weight!0

I'm 5'10" and my highest weight was 180, my current weight is 166. My 1st goal is 145 and then I will decide if I want to maintain or push to my ultimate goal weight which is 130.0

I'm 5'10" and my goal is 180. That's a little high, but I've never been that small and I will likely have a bunch of loose skin. So, we'll see how I look and feel when I get to that point and then reassess.0

I'm 5'10 and I'm 129. I don't want to lose anymore, I'm now lifting so am looking to make some gains really but am happy with the weight/height ratio!0

I'm 5'11 and my goal weight is 160. My current calories are set to 1200. What are everyone calories set at?0

I'm 5'10 and aiming for about 176. I have a large build. Once I get there I will know if that will work for me - it was fine a few years back before I had kids but this whole post-partum gig has me unsure.
177.0 -
5'10" and my goal weight is 190. I have a large build, big breasts, am muscular and long-waisted.
This is above what BMI indicates that I should weigh, but my doctors seem to agree that it would be a good number for me.0 -
aiming for 150 and I'm 5'9. Will be reassessing and meeting with my doctor as I get closer to that goal to see where I should be at0
-
5'11, my mini goal is 175. Than 160. Sure...145..doubt that will happen.0

I'm 5'10 looking to hit 175 my pre baby weight.0

I'm 5'10 and my goal weight is around 180. Getting down to around 165, which I was in my 20s, would be awesome, but I don't see that as doable at my age (41) and the enormous amount of weight I need to lose already (100+ pounds). I have pictures of myself in high school when I weighed 145 and thought I was "fat." I am frightening to look at-- all skin and bones. I am large framed, as is everyone in my family, so even at this height there is a LOT of variation.0

I'm 5'10" with a large frame (based on bone/joint measurement tests) and am aiming for 180-200. My doctor recommends 200-210 for me, but I want to see if I can do a bit better.
My SW was 282+ and size 20. At my current weight of 231, I am a size 12/14 depending on style. Ideally I will be around a size 8-10 somewhere between 180-200 pounds.
I consume 1,800-2,000 calories daily and work out 30 min - 1 hour most week days, often exceeding 6-10 hours of leisurely to moderate exercise on the weekends.0 -

We are very similar. I started out at 300 pounds. I am now 215, but my lowest weight so far was 208. I was a size 22 to begin with--I am wearing size 10 jeans right now and slightly bigger sizes on top depending on fit.
I generally eat around 1200 calories/<100 G carbs and I work out for an hour each day, plus I get in an hour of walking the majority of the time.0 -
I am 5'11" and was aiming for 75kg which is about 165, but having just about got there am now wondering about trying for 155-160. I plan to move onto a maintenance diet and see where I end up.0

I'm 179 cm. so around 5'10.5? I weigh 134.5 lbs and I want to get it down to 130 so that I have a little buffer room in case I gain a bit of weight before reaching maintenance.
Other than that, everyone around me thought 150lbs was a very good weight for me0 -
I'm 5'10"..currently at 192 (down from my highest weight of 198) and my ultimate goal range is 155-165. The last time I was 165 I felt pretty good, but also felt like I could lose another 5-10 lbs and feel better.
About 10 years ago I went down to 145 that was too thin for me...I lost my curves and was so sad!!! Personal preference...I didnt look too thin really, I just really like having currrrves too much to let them go0 -
It REALLY depends on you and how you carry weight to be honest
I've reached my goal, I think I'm looking good ...I'm only 5'8 and weigh 164lbs ...so much heavier than your goals when you have 3inches of height on me
Set a goal and check the mirror and adjust0 -
I am 5' 10" and my goal is 150. After I reach that goal, I want to get into shape and still wear the same size or even smaller and see what I weigh then. I am almost at goal. I was 130 pounds before I had babies but that was a long time ago.0

I'm 5'10" with a broad frame and busty.
When I was young (~15) I weighed 185 lbs and did only cardio type exercise. I didn't like how I looked and I thought I was very squishy. Boyfriends thought I was fat, but I looked like a normal, healthy girl when I look back at old photos.
I started lifting heavy and building muscle. When I was 19 I weighed closer to 210 and I liked how I looked much better, but I still wanted to lose a bit of weight.
Knowing what I know now, my end-goal is around 178 to 185 lbs depending on muscle.0 -

what she said. Depends so much on your bones and your muscle mass weight is an arbitrary number and says nothing about how healthy a person is or how good they look.
Me, I'm 5'11" went down to 157 and have since been bulking up working now to get to my tightest ever body at around 170.

I'm a muscular 5'10 and aiming for 175lbs, which would put me at the top of my so called healthy BMI. I've been at 150lbs before (a long time ago) and just looked ill, and I don't want to have to struggle to maintain.
