I stopped going by what you should weigh going by height. I have a lot of bone mass and at one point i was 8% body fat and according to those averages i was still considered above my healthy weight. I looked like crap, my face was all sunken in and you could see my ribs.

I have insomnia. I found that the main reason i can't fall a sleep at a reasonable time is because my stomach was not content. So i started skipping lunch and eating dinner late. So i would eat basicly lunch and dinner together and would get tired soon after and sleep like a baby. Of course what works for me, won't work…

No, because i only eat one meal a day. I would go crazy if i had to eat the same thing every day. Also, I dont snack throughout the day either. Unless you consider black coffee with zero calorie sweeter a snack.

I make a lot of sushi on a regular basis. Nothing beats a good NY bagel, cream cheese, raw sushi grade (yes raw) Salmon, thinly sliced avacado, thinly sliced cucumber, Pickled Diakon radish, and some thin jullienne carrot. (think a twist on Banh Mi)

Is eating light during the day and option? I mean, its once a month, its not a cheap place to eat. Might as well eat light the day before, or eat light during the day of and splurge for dinner. Thats just me.

As long as you use lean beef like eye round, and cut it with the grain, the amount of chewing involved makes it a negative calorie as you burn more calories chewing then the amount you eat. Its also helps give you a jacked jaw line like a movie star.

Drink coffee black with sweetner in the morning, and afternoon. Nothing else. Maybe its just me, but the caffeine rush takes my appetite away. This. I have a vest that you can add anywhere from 2-40lbs (2lb sand bags) I got up to about 30lbs worth of sand bags running 5 miles a day and thats when my knee's started to get bad. Now i can't bend them without making poping sounds. I am looking into getting either shin weights or ancle weights.

You could try buying salt&vinegar powder and sprinkling it on air popped popcorn. Thats about as close to salt and vinegar chips as your going to get while being healthy, proving you use a hot air popcorn maker (they cost like $20) and dont add any butter or oil (i find the salt&vinegar powder has more then enough flavor)

Eating the same food item/s everyday is a recipe for failure. If coffee is considered a food item then i eat that everyday, black with a few packets of sweetner.
