As ive mentioned, My doc prescribed it mainly to lower my a1c since i am pre diabetic. If you are not aware, Wegovy was originally prescribed for a1c. Weight loss was actually a side effect of the drug.

Same here. I fast all day just so i can eat a big meal at night and a bowl of cereal or bowl of frozen grapes and mango chunks before bed. Solved ever going over daily calories.

Its not for everyone, but ive trained my body to eat one meal a day with no snacking throughout the day, only one big meal for dinner and a snack before bed.( i sleep like a baby ) I am not even hungry anymore until around 7-8pm.

I wouldn't go straight to vegan. I would start taking out some proteins like beef, pork, poultry. Keep healthier proteins like Fish in your diet. I wouldn't even waste my time with mfp calorie goal. For one, it won't let you set less then 1500 calories so if you want to lose 2lbs a week, its useless.

Your eating habit reminds me of inmates in the prison i worked at. They were deprived of nutrients/protein. So when they got out and ate real food, their body had a hard time digesting. It was like nutrient/protein overdose.

I don't count alcohol. As far as i am concerned, its a degreaser, so it dilutes fat (grease) and makes it leave the body faster. I drink alcohol while exercising. It metabolises during exercise, and converts to sugar which gives you energy and burns fat faster as well.

I hate to tell you, (actually i love to tell you) that i feel less hungry if i skip breakfast and lunch. Every body is different, don't assume your experience is universal.

I have yet to try Kimchi. I started pickling my own hot peppers and pickles because the store brands are not spicy enough. The hotter they are, the less you eat, and the better they curb the hunger.

I tend to drink more water when doing cardio and it tends to curb my hunger. Not sure if its related to drinking more water or not.

I eat around 1500 calories a day, 500 of them are usually 2 big bowls of raisin bran before bed. My morning BM's are pretty good and the best part is less wiping then with fast food. Also, for some reason i feel this thread is going to be a guys only thread.

I focus on low fat since fat tends to have more calories, but my main focus is watching my calorie intake. Also, low fat i believe is better for keeping your cholesterol down.
