Beachbody just came out with Insanity Certifications a few months ago. This is the only time they will be in this AREA. I've tried them ALL. Master Cleanse (lost 15 lbs) Cabbage Soup Diet... That was back in the day though. And the weight came right back. The only thing that really works is to not eat like **** and to move that bod.

I've been using mashed avocado instead of mayoniase and it's really good. It gives it a smooth texture. I have this addiction to mayo, i know, it's pretty gross BUT IT TASTE SO GOOOD :-)

Hi! I actually did Insanity last year and did the full 60 days and got awesome results. I started again this week. Today was my 6th day & I'm taking pictures daily and tracking them on my blog. It really has been helping me stay accountable!

Red peppers + hummus. You can make your own sweet potato chips (slice really really thin toss with oil and salt and pepper and then bake & dip them in the hummus. When I feel like snacking I make homemade kettle corn-really good. Frozen grapes is good too.
