Yeah start using herbs to season food instead of salt. It sucks at first, but you'll like it eventually. I get fresh herbs and mix them together like rosemary, oregano, basil and tear them up and let them dry out in a bowl then season stuff with that mixture.

I take the train to work! I hate driving in the city so I don't bother. I said 9-5ish because It's 8 hour days. I generally leave my house at 7 and get to work by 8 so a morning workout is out of the question.
