Im always lookin at the sodium in my food and it just dawned on me that I have not even been accounting for the salt I put on my food :noway: So...in lookin at basic morton table salt there's like 590mg of sodium in just 1/4tsp...:ohwell: eek! Anyone have any salt substitutes, if there are any, that they could share? Thanks:flowerforyou:

I think all of the seasonings by Mrs Dash have 0mg of sodium.

Yeah start using herbs to season food instead of salt. It sucks at first, but you'll like it eventually. I get fresh herbs and mix them together like rosemary, oregano, basil and tear them up and let them dry out in a bowl then season stuff with that mixture.
