What DemoraFairy and lawkat said. A week before Christmas I got down to 179 didnt lose any and even gained a couple back but yesterday I got down to 177 so took me about 3 weeks but especially since we are females. Females lose weight less slowly then men and also dont forget about ovulating/pmsing

I could possibly eat 1200 a day but thats giving up on foods I like and end up binging...So I upped my calories and eat everything I want now and have no more binging issues. How about make better food choices to make sure not to go over on your sodium? Why arent you having cheese or sour cream? I dont eat them so much generally for my home made tacos.enchiladas and if I got left overs with my chili's but why give it up? Make sure it fits in with your calorie goals and you should be fine

For that amount of activity you are eating too few calories. Your body needs fuel and with too small of a deficit and too much working out your body can and will hold onto any weight that you are trying to lose. I suggest start easy start upping your calories about 50-100 for the next week and of course do it healthy…
