  • Are you weighing your liquids correctly? Well measuring....I thought that whole milk has alot more calories then 40.....I pre measure my creamer for my coffee and one tablespoon is 35 calories
  • First off you are still in week 1, going into week 2...It takes 4 weeks to see any changes really....so patience is a virtue

  • I never smoked but how about one thing at a time? Quit first eat normal see if you gain weight from it and if you are then create a safe and healthy deficit to lose weight
  • Are you in the US? Have you tried to get onto WIC? Plus their nutritionist would recommended what to eat as well...Not that your doctor cant but if anything seek a nutritionist as well to see what they say

  • I combine mine with calisthenics, sit ups, squats ect ect....MFP already has that in the database for instance last night I did about 5 mins of light weights and 10 mins of squats and sit ups so I put in 15 mins for the whole time... I figure I dont stop in between lifting weights and Im standing so Im burning some calories
  • I know how you feel! thats why Im taking it one day at a time...I keep on reading "you didnt gain an X amount over night" so it wont come off over night.....I was told the that losing only about 1 lb a week that in the long run my body will keep at maintance once I get there

  • I thought that cellulite has to do with blood flow and not being skinny/ fat or non muscular/muscular thats why they say that when others are "skinny" they still can have cellulite

  • Just remember as you lose weight your body will need less calories to consume so about ever 10 lbs or so re calculate and more then likely itll go down
  • You are going to more then likely get many responses to this on whether to skip breakfast or not. Personally its all up to you. Eat when you are hungry, eat at a deficit and lose the weight.   • Not necessarily. How active are you? What weight loss goal did you set MFP to? If you are sedentary to lightly active then you will consume less calories. If you highly active and working out alot then youll consume more calories
