looks like i got outta sync for 3-4 days and missed my log in monday. but if you don't mind i'll tag along this week just to keep myself motivated. monday was a total blow off. tues: logged all food 35 min on the ski machine over my h2o requirement stayed under calories i got a nap and read from "the changeling":happy:

tues 3/8/11 logged all food 90 min exercise stayed under calories, thanks to exercise got in all h2o, plus some and best of all went horseback riding over all another really good day:laugh:

off to a good start logged all food lots more than 30 min exercise 8 glasses h2o under daily calories read a chapter in The Changeling feeling really good today
