I totally agree with the wastefull part. But really the max egg whites I am able to eat are 4. It just gets too filling to eat. Yes, that is exactly right. I never eat after 6 and by 10.30 when I go to bed I am slightly hungry. You just have to know your body. I have found that I lose weight easily during the night while eating this way. I can literally feel the fat moving from my legs. But maybe that is the case just with my body. In any way…

Oh my! I have to say I am a big fan of green smoothies but I have never ever tried with broccoli. Do you steam, boil the broccoli before you put it in the blender? My blender isn't very powerfull so putting carrots is out of the question : /
