I am no where near my 15lb goal, but I've overall dropped 4lbs and actually 6 if you 8 if you count the upward swing I had in there. I am quite happy. My new goal is to see if I can claim 2.5 more lbs by Thanksgiving morning. I want to dip below the 250 mark and claim my space in the 240's. My secondary goal would be to…

I LOVE being a grandma! And yes, want to be healthy so I can continue being a young, vibrant grandma. I am so lucky to have them close and to play with them often. I look forward to connecting with fellow grandparents.

I am using the Vitality for Life Challenge plan - my supplements should arrive today or tomorrow. Meanwhile, it's 8 glasses of water per day, 3 meals, 2 snacks, a focused effort on protein and fiber. Fiber is tougher than protein, I have to do it with dinner (due to medication schedule) and for some reason I resist that.…
