Thanks for the advice. I wasn't asking for a strict plan, I know not to put my baby's health at risk and I lost 4 stone through diet and exercise previously so I know what I'm doing. I just didn't know if there were any specific guidelines for pregnancy that I couldn't find.

I was the exact same for the first few weeks on this. I just kept saying to myself "wait until eleven, wait until one, wait until five" etc when I felt the hunger start. Eventually I trained myself to just eat at regular times which stopped me snacking.

Where exactly in Britain do you live? Because I live in the west of Scotland, and here is it hardly acceptable to be overweight. Britain is a big place, and using it in that context is such a blanket statement.

Net. And even then, it's quite low. You have to make sure you're eating back most of your excercise calories too.
