I am a party girl and LOVE me a good shot of vodka! I either take a shot with a sugar free juice or just good old plain water chaser. Nothing with sugar...lite beer is also a good choice.

Hi! Maybe when you do lose the weight, reward yourself! Create small goals and when you achieve them go buy a new top or jeans or something like that! The new *smaller* size will feel sooooo good and make you want to keep going :happy:

I'm not a nutritionist either but I lost 90lbs eating whatever I wanted while on Weight Watcher's. Just stick to your calories, exercise, and drink lots of water! You will lose weight!

Everything she said and WHOLE grain breads and cereals. When reading labels, look for high fiber, that is higher than the fat..also lots of fruits and veggies. Apples and oranges have lots of fiber...broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts...I don't agrre with supplements too much because you can get it from good whole…

The part about them not seeing you naked...Love it, I relate! I too hide things pretty well...if they only knew what losing 90lbs looks like under the cute clothes! Whew!

I get the same thing. Sometimes it comes across as a compliment and other times it comes across kind of mean. Just smile and say, "thank you."

I believe circuit training can mean a variety of different types of exercises like muscle and cardio. Whereas strength training is just muscles...

You are still burning calories so look them up under circuit training in the database. I did P90x for 30 (just legs) today and it was over 200 calories burned! Strength training is a huge fat burner! Keep it up :happy:

Sore muscles feel worse when not used. The walking will help them feel better. Ibuprofen will help too! Don't stretch unless you warm up first, you can hurt yourself.
