I am bulking atm. My advice is to take it slowly. Best way to develop lean muscle. Consume 200 extra calories and do that for couple months, this way, you will preserve you definition instead of packing on lots of fat.

For me it's way to busy, doesn't have big enough weights (36kg is max...) and machines are pretty poor, compare to other clubs.

i've got fitbit flex, thought force should be much better. :) Pretty handy thing, you can sync it with MFP and it will add the calories you burned to your allowance.

tbh, i go to pure gym only because its close to my flat and it's cheap. Apart from that, it has the basics, always busy and packed with people, so be sure to make lots of gym buddies to get the equipment. Also, have very limited dumbbells, max weight is like 36kg...
