Ditch the ice cream, take some brown basmati rice and oats. Plus I eat lots of weetabix cereal which seems to be just fine.

Eat brown rice, flax seed oil, some healthy cereal. These helped me a lot on weight gain. Had the same problem. Very high metabolism and struggled to eat. But you'll get there. And yeah, try to minimise your cardio...

No you won't. Doing weights, like compounds will burn quite some calories + it will continue burning them as long as 48 hours. Whereas cardio will be one time off. That's why I emphasized the fact that you should stick to heavy compounds and burn lots of calories and don't bother with much of the cardio... :)

Either way, assuming you're not just walking on the treadmill or using 1kg dumbells to do your weight exercises. As long as you lift heavy and do a reasonable cardio(3 times a week, probably less, ~looking at your picture~). Importance is in heavy weights and compound lifts. :)

Hey, use calculatorpro.com find out your BMR and multiply it by : 1.2 if you exercise 1-3 hours per week 1.35 if you exercise 4-6 1.5 if over 6+ and that's your TDEE if you're bulking or cutting I wouldnt go over or less than 20% on your TDEE :)

Dafaq is that doms? :D Yeah, its a good idea to have a light workout. It helps with blood flow which will deliver necessary nutrient(hopefully you diet is decent) to the muscles.

yeah, sounds a bit ridiculous. You won't have any energy whatsoever, especially if you're hitting the gym. If that's not a problem then good luck with the diet, let me know how it goes :)

I've seen that function on polar which says whether you're improving fitness or burning fat. Any difference in BF when using your monitor? I mean that function for fat burning is it actually useful/accurate?

Well, would you suggest me changing my macros which right now are 50% carbs 30 prot and 20 fats? So far it helped me to put on couple kg with little fat.

According to my stats if my skin fold is 10mm it's equal to 6% bf. So it's quite different from yours. I take in consideration my height, age and weight. ;)

Well, fair enough, I can't really rely on the digital scales I have. But I do see a big difference now, and then. Whereas I was hardly able to pinch much of the skin fold on my lower abdomen at the time, now I have a good 15-20mm of skin there. So my bf definitely increased. I feel like I neglected my chest with my workouts that's why I tend to have two days of chest + something else. And you're right, I haven't been lifting significant amount of time. I was focusing on cardio and less on compounds...
