I shift my routine basically when I feel I am incapable of continuing it. I work chest twice a week, because I feel the need to exercise it more. I also, try to do legs and back twice if I am able :D

if anyone is interested I gained another 2kg with very little fat according to my scales :D Achieved by consuming 3500 cals a day...

Well, I've started with foundations. Doing 200 push ups every day, followed by 50 pull ups + chin ups, plus ab exercises + running. That gave me a good base for continuing my workouts at the gym.

Yeah, it's pretty cool, and they have recently launched fitbit force which has a small lcd screen which shows your steps,etc... pretty handy, for activity monitoring, plus it syncs with mfp.

Elaborate. 50:30:20 is good for bulking, I am doing that myself. Also, it was my suggestion to the OP, not something I insisted her on doing. So there is no right or wrong here. :P

Want to emphasize your words "eating slightly less then your tdee". From you previous post I see a massive cut. Going from 3500 on bulk and 2000 on cut? Well fair enough, if you want to gain weight fast with more than 500 cal surplus, otherwise I'd say your cutting is quite drastic.
