definitely not that. It's like just a red color (like blood circulation) and when i press on it goes white lol. Is it related to weather? like being cold or hot etc/

i'm doing 15 - 20 mins on the exercise bike a day, going to increase that soon but I have been weight lifting 5 days a week for around 2 months but never did cardio back then.

Diet coke has aspartame. You could be sensitive to that. There is protein there but it doesn't sound like its enough to me. Esp if you are weight lifting you need more protein to repair muscles. I would make sure I get atleast over 100 g protein a day but that is just me.

Thanks guys. About the liver though? Is it probably nothing serious? I mean I was worried it was cancer but then I suppose i would have more symptoms ? plus i never drink.

Just stick to your calories and don't go over them. That'll keep you in a caloric deficit and you wont be able to gain weight. Also don't under eat either. It's easier said then done but losing weight should be a positive thing.

That's the thing. I was panicking and worrying myself sick before hand and I hear that can push it to that high. Still, it's high but I'm so worried about a stroke or heart attack now. I'm eating healthy and im on the right track, now I have this worry over me. I'm 26 lol

Doctors dont seem super concerned. Like taking meds is probably worst case scenario. But what freaked me out is I asked someone for advice and they basically said I could have a stroke at any moment. I'm 26, eating healthy and trying to lose the weight lol

Think you guys are right. If the docs were concerned im sure they wouldnt have let me go out the building. I'll just do it the old fashion way diet and exercise like i am doing. Just scared me when someone said, if you weight lift you can go into cardiac arrest lol scared the beejesus out of me.
