I sweat so much
Does anyone sweat even when they don't work out? I sweat a hell of a lot. I'm worried it could be serious or something. The weather in the UK has been warm but I'm always dripping wet lol Might be to do with my weight, so will it get better once i lose it?

red arms? lack of blood flow or just normal?
I notice my usually pale arms at times get red as if they look like they have seen the sun. When i press on it you can see it go white and then back to red. Is this poor circulation? Due to the cold weather? or just normal?

Did your Resting Heart Rate Lower after weight loss
Mine's around 70 - 80. But saying that I'm 310 pounds still even though I'm eating healthy and exercising. Does it go down when you lose weight? If I get up off the couch or anywhere my heart rate beats fast lol I think it's always done that though
