Thought I'd share my progress with everyone. Left was 380 pounds 4 months ago and now I'm 320 pounds.

I still got along way to go. I have only recently found out I have high blood pressure. I'm sure it would have been more when I was 380. Hoping that 100 lbs will get me healthy again.

Healthy clean eating. No cheats. Intermittent Fasting. Weights 5 times a week. Cardio 2 times a week although I'm going to incorporate it more now.
