Anyone Reversed Fatty Liver?

So I was worrying that I had cancer because my bloods came back that my liver levels where abnormal. But looking at the notes, my ALT was 58, but my bloodcount was fine as was my U + E and everything else except liver. Now I was also diagnosed with the same results in 2009 still overweight then too. I'm just wondering if that means I probably have Fatty liver whilst im waiting for more tests and hopefully means im not dying? lol

I'm 26, 300 pounds overweight still from 450 5 months ago. Don't drink or smoke. Anyone ever reversed fatty liver?

    yes, I have, a combination of statins (to reduce cholesterol), and weight loss; latest liver Function Tests are now normal

    I also reversed it with statins and some weight loss, and also Vitamin E 800 IU per day. The statin had a huge effect on my cholesterol, reduced it by 60 - 70 points.
