sorry, hectic day! PW: 142 CW:143.5 With school starting this week, its nice to be back in a schedule. But I still have the urge to eat on campus and what not, lets see if I can get in a good routine and start losing some lbs!

Almost done with my 8th glass of water for the day! Helpful hint- trade the soda for some H2O, it's one the best ways to reduce those "empty" calories you get with a soda.
