yep I agree with my MFP homies, its just simple misinformation. Some people, especially in women, feel if they even touch weights they will begin to look like body builders and loose their femininity. But their is also a toned aspect to strength training that is just as achievable. I blame the supplement industry >.< That…

Yep your body is starting to become a bit accustomed to your regimen and anything less makes you feel uneasy. I feel that way sometimes especially when I at my desk, I get an urge to run a few miles lol. I would suggest maybe upping your regimen and possibly getting a bit more rest. I would also suggest lowering the sugar…

meh at 50lbs i didnt notice it, at 100lbs i bought new clothes to celebrate, at 150lbs I made a youtube channel, so yeh I celebrate by not celebrating it. The way I look at it its not about where I came from as much as where I am going. Its almost like setting a goal and achieving it then setting a new goal that completely…

Alright real talk time: So with this weight loss thing I was driven on hatred. I hated everyone and everything and I wanted to get rid of it. I wanted to care for others and for myself. After a while around 100lbs lost, my hate evolved into fear. Now I no longer had as much hate but I was actually afraid of going back to…

Well they are saying you may need to speak with someone if your negativity is getting the better of you. Personally I think you look great but the areas you are pointing out either means you should strength train to go after those areas or you are a bit too negative about your reflection and you may need to get further…

well, your eyes play tricks on you quite a bit, my belt changed almost immediately but I never really thought nothing of it. Then there was the wardrobe changes that really just felt expensive. But I began to notice when others began to notice me. It's different being looked through or away from your entire life to now…

yep your first response was dead on. Ten pounds wont help with that, in fact I can bet your eyes won't even see it. Its strength training you should be after. I would start up a regimen and see if that appeases your reflection :) Cheers cowgirl, Tof

mmmm I dont tell anyone at work but my changes were obvious so they know. They just dont know the level it has gotten too and I actually made videos about it. But I guess one day they will but I feel as though if I am helping others with what I learned and if it means people around me find out about it then so be it kinda…
