Good luck I have 3 to lose but struggling using enough calories 4 lb lost first week lots more to go

thank you really liking the soup idea as i could make a batch and use the microwave at work, sanwiches again i can ask her to do just need to get her to get medium wholemeal bread. Thanks any other ideas then please do keep going :-)
