Well we both have the same goals and are looking for support and motivation for the same reasons. I’ve been a MFP for a while but just coming back to make more conscientious decisions and need the accountability for my better habits.

Biking, walking, smaller portions, healthier choices... miss swimming.

Yesterday started out great... good choices as the day started out. Had plans to swim and bike. Well the day did not proceed as planned. I'd be extremely happy to lose thirty lbs. I'm also trying to stick to approx. 1200 Calories daily. Exercise has helped to increase that number which has been a big help. I am logging in each day, our goals are similar you can add me.
