i suppose there is no need to eat any of the processed food. just eat natural, and exercise and you will loose weight

theres no point in going after sugar,just stick to plus minus 10% of your calorie goal and you will do fine. And if you are so worried about sugar then cut out on the muffins,and all kind of beverages drink plain water instead, its the healthiest drink. best of luck

Dont think too much just enter your exercise and food intake in to the diary. once you enter the exercise the goal also moves up ward eat with in 10% range of the goal calorie. Dont count the exercise calorie separately it will confuse you. best of luck

hi, See if you have problem gaining wt 1st get your thyroid profile done and see a doc. its definitely bad idea to eat 6-10 spoons of PB. In Stead you can have a lot of chicken ,fish, cheese, egg, bacon, veggies. you can also start strength training because it helps.
