The cravings will subside eventually if you don't give in to them. Hard I know, but YOU CAN DO ITt! I remind myself that the candy bar will only taste good for a few minutes, but feeling good about my weight and appearance will bring long-lasting satisfaction!

You can eat them or not, depending on how hungry or stressed out you are. Of couse, the less you eat the more you will lose, and vice versa. I think the important thing is to not go BELOW your daily calorie alottment.
