I have the Cuisinart Smart Stick and I love it. I use it to make tomato soup and it blends it all very well. No complaints.

I'm on week 3...again... I took a couple weeks off so I will have to redo that week, maybe even go back to week 2.
-
I've been lifting for a few months but am now just starting the Strong Curves program. Feel free to add me.

I love Indian food. I've tried cooking it before so I have many of the spices. Any chance you could post a recipe for Butter Chicken? :)
-
I'm trying to get into it. I need motivation. I started the first week then stopped. I'm looking to restart soon.
-
I agree. Especially about the beets.

I just did W3D2 last night. Feel free to add me if you would like!

You look great!

Yep! 10 pounds is one size for me. I'm 5'2".

I've started watching tv shows while I'm doing my cardio. It passes the time. I either watch on my phone or my kindle. I'm getting through The Blacklist right now. Good show :)

open the bag and measure it? You'll just have to cook it the normal way then.

peanut butter, unless it's with chocolate :)

Keep to your schedule and if he wants to join you fine, but don't wait on him.

Hello! I'd like to join in too. I'm 5'2" and currently 164. My goal weight is 120 but that may be re-adjusted once I get closer to it.

Thank you!

^ This. I had no intention of starting some debate :grumble: MFP has me set at 1200 calories. I am 5'2". While many people can eat 1200 calories, I can't do to for more than a couple days without starving. I just can't. I tried but ended up going to 1300-1400 and started lifting heavy. And yes, I gained some muscle. Not a…

That's what I said, yes.

I agree. I am now losing 1 pound a month. It's not coming off that quickly and I am measuring my food and I am exercising 4-5 days per week. I also am gaining muscle and went down a pants size so the results are there but oh-so-slowly!

You apologized already. Forget it and move on. He probably already has.

I picked up a pair at Target. They are Reebok brand and are a padded suade material. I like them. Just be sure to get ones for weights and not the yoga gloves :)
-
I use a 6 oz cup and stuff as much as I can into it, even if it hangs over a bit and call it 6 oz . :)

^^ This. I make my own homemade Greek yogurt and end up with a lot of leftover whey. I mix it into my smoothies. It's free.

I needed this. The scale has not moved in weeks! However, I am in my old jeans that I have not been able to wear since last year so I must have gotten smaller. Congrats on your loss!

The person only drinking the Mountain Dew will die from malnutrition. The person only eating peanut butter will die from dehydration. Lose / lose.

These recipes look awesome! Thanks!

All scales should have a Tare feature so any of them should work for you. Even my old analog scale ($5) has that. I just bought this one http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004164SRA/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 It works fine and has measurements in metric and standard.

When I was in college and then in my 20's I had lots of platonic male friends. Many were really good friends. I've noticed as they each got married and as the years passed by, I never ever hear from them anymore. So, looking back were we only friends or was there more to it? Some days, I wonder.
-
I'm looking for the same as well. Feel free to add me.
-
I'm sorry, I know it was a tough thing to do but it is better in the long run than to be in an unhappy marriage. Now, on to new beginnings!
-
I second that! You are a total sweetheart.
