Taking the 0.37 g. per body weight into consideration, I am going to aim for 57 - 60 grams a day. That was actually the amount I was on before trying to perfectly adjust to the recommended amounts of MFP. I'm sure that'll make a difference.

I am way past losing weight in water. I've lost 25 lbs in 5 months with this eating system, and now these 5 lbs and 5 more to go.

No, I am not hungry. My goal with MFP is 1 lb per week, and I stick to the suggested calories, and adjust the rest (protein, sugar, carbs etc.) according to the required amounts also.

I don't know if I would advise protein powder for you. You can also get a good amount of protein from yogurt, and that's an easy food, no need to prepare a big meal. Plus, as far as I'm concerned, a LOT tastier than the powder.

This reminded me, while I was walking my dogs in an area I hadn't walked for years, I came accross a group of apple trees. A whole lot were lying on the ground, but I picked one from the tree and ate it, it was a McIntosh, and it was so delicious, I had forgotten how good apples are fresh from the tree.

I never have eaten fat free deliberately, I could not find the low fat yogurt I normally buy so I got the fat free version.
